Tuition Assistance
Since 2015, we’ve helped over 55,000 employees pay for college—you could be one of them, too. Crew and managers are eligible for up to $3,000 per year in tuition assistance for accredited college programs.
McDonald’s College Partners
We’ve partnered with four colleges and universities to help you continue your education online. Eligible McDonald’s employees can get 100% of their tuition covered when attending Colorado Technical University or receive discounted tuition at Western Governors University, Excelsior College and DePaul University.
English Under the Arches
If you’re a non-native English speaker, you’re eligible to take up to four different courses designed to improve English language proficiency, helping you take your career to the next level.
High School Diploma/GED
Earn your diploma while working by taking courses online at no cost, and get support from academic coaches to help you along the way. Choose from 9 different career paths that fit your education goals, and study at your own pace.
