Meet Nubia
When McDonald's crew trainer Nubia Molina saw a flyer about getting her GED through the Archways to Opportunity program, she told her manager to sign her up before she changed her mind. With the support of her McDonald's team AND her kids, she completed the program in just 9 months! She says whether you're looking for flexibility or new opportunities, McDonald's is there to help.
Meet Kouassi
Kouassi Moh joined the North Texas McDonald's team as a sophomore in high school, and he was able to balance school, a job and being a high school football player because of the flexible schedules available and a management team that supported him and his goals outside of the restaurant.
Meet James
James Shannon's job at McDonald's was only supposed to be for one semester— 34 years later, he's still serving up smiles as a Supervisor responsible for four North Texas locations. James's favorite part of the job is encouraging younger crew to be the best they can be—and the flexible schedules that mean he never has to work when his football team is playing.
